1 Case studies

Research and summarize case studies of one-to-many drone operations around the world.

2 Coordination with concerned parties

For the purpose of supporting the work of drone operators under R&D item ① (4) to apply for permits related to the Civil Aeronautics Act, discuss and organize with the concerned parties the issues that occur when applying for one-to-many operation flights under the current law. Summarize policies by discussing how legal control should be implemented in the future.

3 Steering of study sessions

Policies for formulating conformity certificate methods that cover items to be formulated by drone operators in the CONOPS and other requirements discussed among the relevant parties, and hazard identification methods will be presented to facilitate study and formulation of conformity certificate methods through discussions.

4 Formulate conformity certificate guidelines

Summarize the results of 1 to 3 and formulate conformity certificate guidelines.
